Bill Urbany
I live in Santa Barbara, California with my wife Lara, my sons Sean and Kai  and my daughters Devin and Cassidy.

I first became a licensed Realtor in 1979. I became a licensed real estate broker in 1985. During my career I have sold and marketed hundreds of properties.

I hold the professional designations of CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, and GRI, Graduate, Realtor Institute. These designations are the highest awarded by the National Association of Realtors and fewer than 4% of all Realtors have these designations. Because of my experience with real estate lending, I am frequently asked to counsel clients with regard to qualifying and choosing the best real estate loan for their situation. I have arranged real estate loans for hundreds of home sales since becoming a Realtor.

Alisa Martin
I was born and raised in Monterey, California where most of my family still reside.  I moved to Santa Barbara in 1998 to attend college at the University of California, Santa Barbara. 

During my attendance at UCSB I worked at Wells Fargo Bank where I learned a general knowledge of the finance industry and sparked my interest in real estate.  I was referred to speak with Bill Urbany by a successful home mortgage loan officer at Wells Fargo.

In 2001, I began working with Bill, studied Real Estate, obtained my Real Estate License and we became Real Estate Partners. In 2002 I graduated from UCSB with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Minor in History.  

I have been selling real estate for 8 years and have called Santa Barbara my home for 11 years.  I am confident that I wilI be here forever.  It is my intention to handle each transaction with utmost integrity as if it were my own. I look forward to assisting you with your sale or purchase in this paradise we call Santa Barbara.
